猪猪侠和菲菲、波比、小呆呆、超人强是超星联盟旗下的超星特工。为追踪星际盗贼团，拯救超星萌宠，他们被折叠时空送入了一个未知星域之中失去联系，特工装备全部失效。困境之下，猪猪侠决定参加空星域赛车巡回大赛，借此找回伙伴们和遗落的超星萌宠，重回超星特工总部。一段全新的星际赛车之旅就此展开。
