本片演绎了一个才子和两个佳人的浪漫爱情故事。 元朝，繁华的都市扬州，才气过人又淳朴善良的书生张天生怀抱年轻人的凌云壮志来到扬州，遇到了西厢剧社的当家花旦曹燕燕并一见倾心。张天生此番投奔的东湖剧社资金雄厚，又有一个神秘的编剧不倒翁王钟支持，称霸扬州，是西厢剧社的死对头。王钟赏识张天生的才干，二人意气相投，却不料王钟是个男扮女妆的美娇娘，更不料张生对她也心生情愫。她二人谁是真命情人？张天生该为谁舍命，为谁偷生？一场传奇浪漫的情仇故事由此展开……。本片是关于老年合唱团"Young@Heart"的纪录片，"Young@Heart" 成立于1982年，成员多是年过半百的老人，其早期成员大多经历过战争创伤，二十多年来，这群老人从来没有停歇过，创作了大量的舞台剧和音乐剧，并翻唱了多乐队的歌曲，包括Jimi Hendrix，Coldplay和Sonic Youth等，他们的精神正在感动越来越多的人……。Two scientists are attempting to distribute the cure for a demon virus that is affecting people all over Japan, however, things have become complicated.
