米勒和女人在她的古董店再次相遇，他们驱车去郊外看一样东西。她开着车载着米勒无目的游荡，谈论书的主题，参观博物馆，谈论她叛逆的儿子，两人一路上争吵不休。在一个咖啡馆，女老板以为米勒是女人的丈夫，就开始和她围绕米勒讨论起婚姻。于是他们将错就错，米勒开始扮演女人的丈夫，两人约会，去宾馆。但是副本只是复制，而非原作，米勒结束复制身份，独自离开了郊外。。
