21世纪的海王楚梓芸是一个中医大夫，一次因为捡起了一枚奇怪的戒指，竟意外穿越古代，成为当朝太子妃楚梓芸，虽然变成了女人，但是楚梓芸依然不改海王本色，整日沾花惹草，不过朝堂下暗流涌动，从他穿越过来时其实就陷入了一场巨大的阴谋中。。英国皇室的珠宝被盗，引起了社会高度紧张。情报局随即派出了最顶尖的特工——“天字第一号”去追查珠宝案，然而，案件未查出半点头绪，“天字第一号”就被人谋杀了。在“天字第一号”的葬礼上，英国情报局的顶级特工遭到了炸弹袭击，全部牺牲了。
不久，情报局收到消息，这伙坏蛋准备打英国皇冠的主意。但是情报局的顶级特工都牺牲了，无奈之下，只好派出菜鸟特工——强尼·英格力，绰号“特务憨J”。
