该片讲述了一个汽车销售商因急需一笔资金做生意，雇佣了两个社会渣滓去绑架自己老婆，然后让他有钱的岳父拿出赎金，再跟绑匪分账，不料出现意外情况从而引起一系列血案的故事。。李乐青回乡创业，遭父亲反对，状况频发，事业受挫。村书记在扶贫工作中与乐青相识。在政策及村领导的帮助下，村民的思想也渐渐发生改变。在经历了一系列波折，家乡的经济在众人的共同努力下有了良好的发展。。Simone inherits a dilapidated farmhouse in France and makes her way there with her husband Eric and their two children.
