中国片之中很少描写"雇佣兵"这个特殊行业，柯受良导演的本片让观众开了一点眼界。歌手王杰全身投入担纲主演，描写他为了救女友张敏而杀死了龙少爷，于是连夜逃往法国，参加入了法国雇佣兵，经过几个月的训练之后成为骁勇善战士，并被派到中东的沙漠地区作战。此时，龙老大已派人追杀前来，并在雇佣兵团中收买高手来对付王杰。全片在剧情安排上不脱商业片的老套，并未因题材的国际性而拍出更大的格局，但作为一部普通的娱乐片还不算太差。。当世界陷入黑暗，一股新力量即将崛起。。Magazine assistant and aspiring fashion designer Caitlyn's world is turned upside down when Prince Jeffrey and his presumed future fiancé Lady Isabelle come to town.
