陀飞轮是一部科幻类型电影，讲述的是一位名叫丹妮拉的女孩的故事，她经过一系列秘密基因改造，从二十岁起就不会变老。一直是二十岁的年轻模样，但是却已经九十多岁了。她刚开始对这一切都习以为常，在组织严密的监控下，她称这个组织为她的家，她每天需要报告自己的行程和生活习惯，不能和任何人接触。渐渐地，有一位男孩走入了她的内心，她这时候才发觉有自己想法，能为自己活是多么奢侈和幸福的事情。她没有像之前那样毫无保留的把什么都汇报给组织。她每天就想过一点正常人的生活。可是组织给她灌输的想法却不是这样，慢慢地她才知道组织背后的秘密，知道了自己也只是被“家人”利用，也只是个牺牲品。到最后，她决定挣脱这一切，为自己而活，终于找到了自己自由的人生。。Adam is a teenage artist coming of age in the aftermath of an alien takeover.
