炎炎夏日，令人燥热难耐。在一幢破败老旧的公寓内，一个女孩（白石美树 饰）和她的男朋友小透居住在一间只有4张半榻榻米的房间内。这对相识已久的情侣携手来大都会打拼，平日里女孩无聊呆在家中，小透则无论刮风下雨还是烈日当空都要去公司上班。当企画被老板驳回时，小透回家就会打女朋友出气。女孩则坚信“打我即爱我”的论调，默默忍受着一切。
