As his caretaker, friends, his estranged brot...。故事发生在公元前二千三百年左右，三皇五帝之一的舜帝降生于世，生于姚墟。舜帝面貌本就异于凡人，两眼是双瞳仁，故而其母为其取名重华。重华的母亲握登常年卧病在床，在诞生下重华后，本就对重华母亲漠不关心的姚父，更是对重华母子越发的冷漠，并一直认为重华是一个不祥的“四瞳怪”……。上世纪九十年代，少年陈挺（吴宇恒饰）自小无母，由父亲陈发威抚养长大。他叛逆难驯并终日幻想一蹴而就的“成功”向父亲证明自己，因为成绩不佳在父亲旧友帮助下，陈挺进入职业中学学习汽修，在此与宿敌西城“校霸”黎浩（周彦辰饰）、机车少女佘珍珍（杨肸子饰）等结为好友，随着时代发展的浪潮，他们共同成长各自到了自己的人生目标。。
