Ahmad's destiny collides with that...。唐大川与银杏结婚多年，育有一子，不料在5.12大地震中儿子遇难，这让银杏很长时间不能接受丧子的事实，长时间生活在梦魇之中。内心的痛苦让她变的有点神经质，丈夫大川看在眼里却无可奈何，他何尝不痛心失去如自己生命般重要的孩子。救灾过后，银杏在废墟上摆起了卖祭品的摊位，还支起望远镜供游人参观。大川为照顾银杏，放弃了去广东打工的机会，以小本生意在家乡开了个饭馆，店里新雇的服务员桃子是个寡妇，其丈夫也在地震中遇难，相同的经历令大川十分同情。后来，大川的弟弟二莽对桃子动了心，众人极力撮合，最终俩人走到了一起......。
