表面上看来，雷（寺岛忍 饰）是一位人到中年的普通女性，但在内心里，雷有着一个只有她自己知道的秘密。雷的大脑不知道出了什么问题，从某一天开始，各种各样的声音轮番在其中响起，叫骂、争吵、闲言碎语，不断的接受这些负能量，雷的精神很快就走到了濒临崩溃的边缘。

One night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to get him to talk but in the ensuing struggle he accidentally stabs him. He runs away, but he understands his troubles have just begun when the following day he receives an envelope with photos of him killing the man. Someone is killing all his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...。
