《全员加速中》纪录片，解密节目录制背后的故事。。碧生与碧琪为朝街私钟妹，感情甚笃，合称朝街双Big。因生欠下赌款，琪请其男友龙代出头，与西洋仔结怨，后琪被西洋仔掳走，生、龙为寻回琪，出生入死，渐生情愫，琪被救回后，发现生、龙关系，与生渐疏远。

麦Sir多次追捕龙，均被上司靓Sir阻止，原来龙乃卧底，直属于靓Sir，后靓Sir被西洋仔所杀，龙被麦Sir苦苦追缉，无从证实自己身份。
