Her dream is to turn the house into a bed and breakfast but as the hectic pace of the rebuilding gets underway, she gets caught up in the romance and chaos of it all. Losing sight of her goals, she must find her way back to the dreams and ambitions which broug...。某天，小新闲逛的时候捡到一个动感超人的面具，戴上面具后，小新发现自己竟然能和动感超人通话。他被任命为代表正义的动感间谍，专门与邪恶势力作战，并且见到了他的搭档——7岁女孩苏诺萌·柠檬（爱河里花子 配音）。在柠檬的带领下，小新开始作为动感间谍的艰苦训练。在这一过程中，面向凶恶的怪大叔不断偷袭小新，而在这一系列事件背后，似乎又隐藏着两个神秘的国家——无声屁共和国与不放屁王国。看似善良的柠檬也变得正邪难辨。不久，小新更和柠檬闯入了困难重重的不放屁王国……。
