国际贩毒组织将大量毒品经马尼拉流入台湾，香港刑警大岛与飞被派往马尼拉，协助当地警探罗宾缉捕毒枭，毒枭派杀手暗杀罗宾夫妇，毁灭证据，大岛先下手为强，先行解决毒枭爪牙，逼毒枭现身……。Comedy about the proverbial genie who comes out of a bottle (a table lamp in this instance) to serve his new master.
