突然有一天家里的电器全部无法运转，车、自来水、电池、手机和电视等等都不能使用了，在东京生活的铃木一家决定骑自行车去乡下，逃离东京…。上世纪20年代末，中共党员刘培生被关押进上海公共租界监狱——提篮桥监狱，并且在十五日内就要被国民党政府引渡。在实施多种营救方案失利的情况下，以租界巡捕作为掩护身份的地下党员张楠毅然请缨，以私放犯人的罪名成为提篮桥监狱的囚犯。张楠身入虎穴，准备通过越狱途径解救刘培生同志。在执行这个看似不可能完成的任务的过程中，张楠和刘培生不仅要应付监管严密的监狱体系，还要和包括黑帮在内的各色囚犯周旋，甚至最后要直接面对潜入监狱破坏越狱计划的国民党特务，意外频仍，险象环生，情节一波三折。最后，他们终于依靠自己的智慧和勇气，在党组织的积极配合以及进步人士的帮助下，成功地打破了提篮桥“插翅难飞”的神话，抒写了一曲红色传奇的热血赞歌。。SYNOPSIS
Urgently called, the police inspector has arrived in a hotel, and didn't find any crime, but noticed some strangenesses occurring there. He has decided to leave, but a snow avalanche is crushed in the mountains, making it impossible for him to leave. Soon, inspector has found a body of a dead lodger. NOTES
This is a crime / mystery thriller with surreal and psychedelic science fiction overtones based on a book Inspector Glebsky's Puzzle by the Strugatsky brothers. The screenplay was also written by the brothers and it differs from the book. The less you know about the movie the better starting point you have. The film is based largely on the mystery of what's happening to the people of Dead Mountaineer's Hotel. Is everything what it seems? Who's dead or who's not?。
