雾岛请求恶梦侦探影沼（松田龙平 饰）的帮助，他具有进入他人梦境的神奇力量。影沼对于这个特异功能非常苦恼，为此他看尽了人心之恶，世间之险，对美好的事物不抱幻想。当一位警员在联系了“0”之后危在旦夕，影沼才最终应承介入调查。
