本片是由谷峰的经典电影，于1999年上映。。富二代秃子继承了老爸的工厂和“招财貂儿”，后因玩世不恭导致工厂欠资巨款，每天被无数个员工追债，涂父身边的“老会计”要帮助秃子还债，秃子前妻也不忍心工厂就这么被糟蹋，便用离婚时的200万给秃子救急，谁知秃子继续花天酒地，在宿醉后醒来发现巨款不翼而飞！一场啼笑皆非的闹剧就此开场......。Documentary which take as subject the Oberhausen Group and New German Cinema, and some of those who followed in their footsteps.
