A 16 year old Carol is going through a period of major changes in her life. 有心人有意为妙举办回顾展，街坊齐心和应，更落力找回一些当年他们在电影公司工作时保存下来的旧物。一本打算放弃重练轻功，手执照片一刻却百感交集，遂打算圆亡妻遗愿，定必要“再飞一次”！
与此同时，曾在电影中担当妙替身的何索突然出现，打算向一进行报复……。讲述了一批初入职场的年轻人，在行业资深前辈的带领下，坚定信念、突破自我、互相学习、并肩成长，最终在取得工作能力飞跃的同时，也重新领悟了平凡人生多重意义的故事。。
